Job Description

Act as a scientific advisor to the commercial team, delivering practical expertise in disease prevention, veterinary support, and biosecurity solutions.

Support customer strategies through field diagnostics, product recommendations, and proactive health programs across poultry, swine, and ruminants.

Technical Support for Commercial Team:

• Act as a technical consultant to the sales team on animal health strategies including disease prevention and biosecurity.
• Support commercial efforts by providing science-based recommendations for veterinary products, functional additives, and farm-level health protocols.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot farm health challenges through data collection, observation, and coordination with field teams.

Customer Engagement:

• Participate in key customer meetings to present health-focused technical solutions.
• Support the implementation of health-related product trials, including field study design, execution, and analysis.
• Advise customers on responsible antibiotic use and promote alternatives through best-practice programs.

Sales Team Enablement:

• Train commercial teams on animal health topics such as disease management, gut health, immunity, and related product applications.
• Develop and maintain health-related training materials, technical bulletins, and talking points.

Technical Content & Documentation:

• Prepare and review content related to veterinary products, health protocols, and field success stories.
• Ensure technical accuracy in materials developed for animal health campaigns.

Market Insights & Technical Input:

• Monitor disease trends, regulatory updates, and innovations in animal health.
• Provide strategic input to marketing and product teams based on health challenges and customer feedback.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Nutrition, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a technical or field support role focused on animal health.
• Practical knowledge of livestock production systems and a strong focus on the assigned specialty area (health or nutrition).
• Experience supporting both farm-level and/or feedmill operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to support commercial discussions with technical clarity and confidence.
• Comfortable preparing and delivering training or technical presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with feed or health-related digital tools is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, field trials, training, and events.
