Job Description
Client Development & Job Order Management
- Build and manage a client portfolio by identifying, approaching, and signing commercial agreements with corporate clients in assigned specialized sectors.
- Work directly with client Hiring Managers to understand business needs, company culture, role expectations, and hiring requirements beyond the written JD.
- Manage personal billing targets on a monthly or quarterly basis according to agreed KPIs.
Full-cycle Recruitment Execution
- Develop talent search strategies and independently conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and in-depth interviews.
- Build qualified candidate shortlists and present suitable profiles to clients.
- Manage multiple complex job orders simultaneously while maintaining recruitment quality and delivery speed.
Interview Coordination & Offer Closing
- Coordinate interview schedules, manage communication flow, and collect feedback from both clients and candidates after each interview round.
- Act as the key intermediary in offer negotiation, including salary, benefits, and employment terms.
- Support successful offer closing by balancing client expectations and candidate motivation.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- At least 2–3 years of continuous experience in Headhunting or Executive Search.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding recruitment billing KPIs.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of a specialized industry sector, with an established network of candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong full-cycle recruitment capability, including client development, job analysis, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer closing.
- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage 5–10 complex job orders at the same time.
- Good conflict resolution, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Language / Other Requirements
- Good English proficiency.
- Ability to work independently in a 360-degree recruitment consultant role.
- Familiarity with specialized recruitment niches such as IT, Finance, Manufacturing, or other assigned sectors is preferred.

- Strong ownership and accountability for personal revenue performance.
- Resilient, persuasive, and able to work under pressure.
- Professional, client-oriented, and able to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
