Job Description
- Formulate or transform customer product quality standards and develop quality control programs and processes in cooperation with PE and ME.
- Ensure process stability and control, and that product quality meets customer standards.
- Analyze quality data and anomalies; organize analysis and improvement efforts.
- Create quality inspection documents and reports.
- Respond to customer complaints with 8D reports and provide other quality data.
- Conduct regular IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC professional training and guidance.
Job Requirement
- Reporting: 8D, CAR
- Analytical: 5Why, 5W1E, QC 7 tools, MSA, SPC, QPA
- Process control: SIP, FMEA, MSA, QCP
- Language skill: Fluent English (MUST HAVE)
- Chinese speaking, writing, and reading (Plus, not mandatory)
