Job Description
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans (Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Instruments, Software).
- Monitor compliance of production lines with local regulations and internal production standards (ISO 22000).
- Manage the Maintenance Team, workshop work, spare parts inventory, and storage.
- Contribute to factory continuous improvement: Reporting issues and proposing optimizations.
- Support the Engineering team for new equipment installation and commissioning.
Job Requirement
- 3+ years of experience in the same position, preferably in the Food/Feed/Aquaculture industry.
- Engineering degree (electrical, mechanical, automation).
- CAD/DAO skills (AutoCAD) for P&ID production; familiarity with international standards.
- Good communication skills (oral and written) in English.
- Strong knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
