Job Description

Machinery & Utilities Operation

• Operate and monitor factory machinery and utilities to ensure optimal performance at all times.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per planned schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment issues.

Maintenance Planning & Execution

• Carry out maintenance tasks following established schedules and operational procedures.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts for critical components to prevent unexpected machine downtime.
• Monitor and coordinate maintenance work performed by external contractors.

Emergency & Safety Management

• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance services when required.
• Ensure adherence to the Company’s safety policies, ISO 9001:2008 standards, and maintenance regulations.
• Promote good housekeeping, discipline, and consistent use of PPE among maintenance personnel.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and maintain strong awareness and commitment to quality during all maintenance operations.
• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance equipment reliability and plant efficiency.

Reporting & Coordination

• Collaborate closely with Production and Quality Assurance teams to ensure maintenance priorities align with operational goals.
• Report maintenance status, repair progress, and downtime analysis to the Maintenance Manager.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Company.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Intermediate, College, or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant, or related medical fields.

Certification

• Possession of a valid medical practice certificate or license is preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience working in a company medical department, clinic, or hospital is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of first aid and emergency care procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities in urgent medical situations.
• Physically healthy with a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and professional ethics.
