Job Description
Inventory Control & Management:
- Control purchased goods in the warehouse by checking the validity of orders, collaborating with the purchasing department to track goods, verifying documentation, and reconciling actual goods received.
- Control outgoing goods from the warehouse, ensuring compliance with the bill of materials (BOM) and sales contracts. Manage inventory levels, coordinate with relevant departments to optimize goods flow and minimize logistics costs.
- Oversee inventory turnover by regularly monitoring stock levels and working with relevant teams to manage slow-moving items.
Accounts Payable Management:
- Monitor, reconcile, and negotiate debts with suppliers.
- Discuss and negotiate payment terms and create payment plans.
- Work with suppliers to ensure complete documentation for quality, origin, and other necessary certifications.
- Enter purchase invoices and related documentation.
Other Accounting & Finance Tasks:
- Issue sales VAT invoices.
- Prepare receipts and payment vouchers for cash and bank transactions.
- Receive documents, declare taxes, maintain accounting records (books), and prepare financial reports.
Supplier Management:
- Participate in supplier evaluations and maintain positive relationships with existing suppliers.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a multinational company (MNC).
- A strong learning orientation and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Fluency in English. Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills.
