Job Description

  • Sell housing products located in Svay Chey Village, Trapaing Thom Commune, Prasat Bakong District, Siem Reap. Products are link houses (one floor and mezzanine floor).
  • Set up sales and marketing strategies and plans.
  • Set up, manage, lead, and train an in-house sales team.
  • Supervise and support ongoing deals of team members.
  • Be responsible for sales team KPIs and team members' performance.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base.
  • Motivate sales teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to meet or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Explore prospects and potential customers.
  • Deal with client inquiries to get deals closed.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding a product or service.
  • Present sales revenue and expenses reports with a realistic forecast to the management team.
  • Conduct market research and update on company & competitor progress for projects.
  • Work with sales agencies to support sales activities and distribute company products.
  • Be responsible for forming and organizing the team, including recruiting members, managing sales materials & working procedures, and working with partners.
  • Work with other internal departments for sales-related procedures.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Project Manager and/or Managing Director.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Sales and Marketing.
  • At least 7 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to close deals and generate revenue through direct interaction with customers.
  • Ability to set up and manage a sales team.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Advanced time management skills.
  • Fluent in MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Dynamic, confident, and autonomous.
  • Fluent in English (must have).
