Job Description

Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Lead the development and implementation of national sales plans and activities to meet or exceed business targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential growth markets for both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan yearly sales strategies and report performance through monthly sales reports.

Sales Team Leadership and Performance Management

  • Communicate predefined sales targets to the sales team and motivate members to achieve their individual and team objectives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to ensure sales executives have adequate product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance through weekly activity reports and KPI tracking.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and performance audits to ensure continuous improvement.

Distribution Channel and Market Development

  • Plan and implement effective distribution channel strategies to generate targeted revenue and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to monitor channel stock and sell-through performance.
  • Maintain updated records of key client activities and dealer relationships to strengthen channel performance.
  • Manage distribution channel operations, monitor credit limits, and assess financial and operational risks.
  • Submit accurate and timely reports, including Sell-Through & Inventory Reports, Competitor Tracking Reports, and Channel Reports.

Customer and Partner Engagement

  • Foster relationships with system integrators and solution-based companies to promote product awareness and expand niche markets.
  • Implement reseller accreditation programs to encourage sales push among indirect accounts (2nd/3rd-tier).
  • Ensure strong customer satisfaction and minimize pricing issues through proactive market communication.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the IT or technology business sector.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through team leadership and strategy execution.
  • Experience in managing both direct and indirect sales channels across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of distribution management, forecasting, and revenue reporting.
