Job Description

Quality Issue Management & Continuous Improvement

• Support the resolution of internal and supplier-related quality nonconformities.
• Analyze quality issues and drive corrective and continuous-improvement actions.
• Coordinate customer complaints, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary contact for quality-related issues and corrective actions.

Production & Supplier Quality Coordination

• Work with Production to resolve process-quality issues and improve product yield.
• Collaborate with the Supplier Quality team to ensure all raw-material specifications are validated before product launch.
• Support PS/AppE, supervisors, Production, and other relevant teams in addressing quality concerns.
• Prevent the production and delivery of nonconforming products through proactive risk identification.

Quality Data, Standards & Risk Management

• Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to develop data-driven improvement proposals.
• Apply structured problem-solving methods such as A3, 8D, and 5 Whys.
• Maintain applicable quality standards, management systems, and certification requirements.
• Use FMEA to identify potential failure risks and define preventive measures.

• Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, or a related field is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong quality-data collection, analysis, and interpretation skills.
• Able to develop improvement actions based on quality data.
• Proficient in structured root-cause analysis and problem-solving methods, including A3, 8D, and 5 Whys.
• Good understanding of quality standards, quality-management systems, and certification requirements.
• Able to apply FMEA to identify risks and prevent defective products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data organization, analysis, and documentation.
• Good cross-functional communication and coordination skills.

Language / Other Requirements

• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with Production, Supplier Quality, PS/AppE, supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders.
