Job Description
- Perform full system implementation of HRM software.
- Work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches.
- Attend meetings with business development managers, acting as a technical expert.
- Create business cases for sales teams.
- Collaborate with customers to devise effective solutions.
- Ensure the company's product meets customer requirements.
- Work with customers to understand and capture requirements.
- Respond to customer requests for information and proposals.
- Present proposals to customers alongside sales team members.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support.
- Define specifications for any additional functions needed by clients, produce detailed costings, and ensure contract profitability.
Job Requirement
- Must be a subject matter expert with HR software systems experience.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- English communication skills.
