Job Description
Production Planning and Formula Management
- Receive, set up, and maintain the confidentiality of production formulas in the ERP system.
- Perform calculations, verification, and make necessary adjustments to formulas when needed.
- Calculate and propose the required raw materials for production planning and safety stock management.
Process Control and Operation
- Operate the PLC system in the control room.
- Manage and operate the ERP system efficiently.
- Establish standard procedures for warehouse management, production planning, and production progress monitoring.
Inventory and Quality Management
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products (import/export).
- Participate in the development and implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, CR-Mark, KPI, or other standards as required.
Improvement and Technology Transfer
- Improve production processes to enhance efficiency.
- Responsible for registering technology transfer in case of any changes or additions.
Coordination and Maintenance
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Accounting departments to handle related tasks.
- Possess knowledge related to operations, production, and on-site inspections.
- Coordinate repairs for machinery and equipment when necessary.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 2 years of experience in related duties (production control, chemical engineering).
- Knowledge of machinery and equipment.
- Experience with ERP software (Digiwin ERP is an advantage).
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in English or Chinese.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to calculate and verify production data.
Personality & Attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive in process improvement.
