Job Description

• Investigate accidents and incidents occurring within the company’s facilities and support subsidiaries in executing corrective actions.
• Schedule and execute drills on unexpected events for the company and subsidiaries including working environment inspections, environmental monitoring, and equipment monitoring.
• Monitor and execute environmental programs, inspections, customer audits, and recommendations regarding improvements to be implemented.
• Facilitate induction and training sessions on environmental topics to promote a safety and environmental culture and to publicize company policies.
• Analyze and maintain industrial safety indicators to ensure they are updated according to locally established goals and goals from subsidiaries.
• Generate reports that support decision-making according to the level of compliance with indicators.
• Organize HSE events such as rubbish collection, used battery exchange programs, forest planting, and environment day activities to support company sustainability objectives.
• Monitor and execute activities related to cleaning, pest control, and security service providers to ensure hygiene and security in the plant.
• Handle annual and unexpected reports related to safety and environment for compliance with government requirements.
• Coordinate the updating and establishment of policies, procedures, and related documents of the HSE systems in their respective processes.
• Support the preparation and execution of emergency procedures and disclosures according to requirements.
• Execute actions to issue recommendations and avoid recurrence of non-conformities in coordination with the environment committee and affiliate logistics coordinators.
• Participate in the coordination of accident investigations, planned inspections, risk assessments, and follow-up for corrective actions.
• Support drills, coordination, and logistics for scheduled activities.
• Practice other tasks assigned by the direct manager to assure smooth operation of a safe and compliant HSE environment.
