Job Description
Product Design and Analysis
- Analyze and design fabric products according to the new product research and development process approved by the General Director.
- Implement other related tasks within the scope of product development.
- Manage research and development samples as well as customer samples.
Responsibility and Compliance
- Take responsibility before the Department Head regarding the volume, quality, and progress of assigned work.
- Strictly comply with the internal rules and regulations of the Company.
- Follow the general processes of the Company and processes issued by the Department.
Asset Management
- Preserve and control assigned tools, instruments, and equipment while performing tasks.
- Other Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College degree or higher.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 3 years of experience in fabric product design and development.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in Office Computing.
Personality & Attitude
- Responsibility, Cooperation, Dedication.
- Creative, sharp, hardworking, and proactive in work.
