Job Description

  • Strengthen the management of equipment and facilities, enhance production technology and equipment, utilize equipment capabilities, maintain equipment integrity, meet company production and development needs, and ensure product quality.
  • Interact with the Non-Production Procurement Department for procurement applications, follow-ups, and quality confirmation of non-production materials.
  • Collaborate with Production Department teams to improve production equipment and ensure timely maintenance and normal operation.
  • Work with equipment and spare parts suppliers for technical selection of equipment and provide technical assistance.
  • Manage the company's maintenance team, focusing on team stability and efficiency improvement.
  • Collaborate with the automation team to complete the installation, commissioning, and subsequent maintenance and repair of on-site equipment.
  • Develop equipment management procedures and plans. Make reasonable judgments on the company's equipment and facility needs based on its development and submit relevant feasibility reports. Maintain records such as preventive maintenance plans, daily maintenance logs, and sewing machine repair records.
  • Manage the inventory of purchased equipment. Lead maintenance personnel in the maintenance, repair, and resource allocation for all factory equipment.
  • Explore equipment management methods suitable for the factory's workflow. Actively summarize the capabilities of production line equipment and actual production line needs. Address equipment capacity shortages and implement improvement suggestions.
  • Regularly analyze the usage and maintenance status of equipment and submit detailed analysis reports. Analyze the spare parts warehouse's outgoing inventory and report to the Equipment Manager.
  • Conduct monthly assessments of the work efficiency of equipment maintenance personnel.
  • Establish a refurbished spare parts inventory to meet production needs. Conduct reasonable evaluations of refurbished items and provide appropriate rewards to relevant personnel.
  • Provide training on equipment usage, safety, and maintenance for production workers and mechanics. Assess the effectiveness of the training.
  • Develop procurement plans for equipment spare parts and manage inventory to ensure it is economical, timely, and qualified.
  • Conduct research on on-site old equipment and similar industry equipment, propose improvement plans, and collaborate with the automation team for implementation.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

Job Requirement

  • Associate degree or above in equipment-related fields.
  • Some experience in equipment management.
  • Understanding of construction processes.
  • Basic management experience.
  • Communication with the regional team can be conducted in either Chinese or English.
