Job Description

Data Collection & Analysis

  • Gather and analyze data related to machine performance, efficiency, and downtime.
  • Identify performance trends and potential failure points using structured data analysis methods.

Root Cause Analysis

  • Work closely with production and maintenance teams to identify main causes of recurring breakdowns.
  • Apply tools such as 5 Why and Fishbone (Ishikawa) to propose effective solutions.

Preventive Maintenance

  • Support the development and implementation of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
  • Create, review, and update maintenance checklists to prevent future equipment failures.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare regular reports on machine performance, downtime trends, and key improvement results.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of maintenance activities and system improvements.

Process Improvement

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance maintenance and production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable machine performance and data-driven maintenance decisions.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in maintenance or data analysis (fresh graduates are welcome).

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in maintenance systems and equipment reliability concepts.
  • Strong data analysis skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of problem-solving methodologies (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).

Soft Skills

  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Language Skills

  • English: Working proficiency (reading, writing, and communication).

Preferred / Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with PM/TPM systems and paper packaging production lines.
