Job Description

Daily Livestream Operations – 40%

• Coordinate with the Content Strategy team to transform parents’ pain points into educational and consultative livestream sessions.
• Directly coordinate, manage, and train the livestream team, including Hosts, Livestream Assistants, and Technical staff.
• Coach Hosts to adopt a more academic, expert-led communication style.
• Develop, update, and supervise SOPs covering pre-live preparation, viewer engagement and retention, and post-live reconciliation.
• Ensure a stable and consistent daily livestream schedule.

Lead Quality & Conversion Optimization – 30%

• Monitor the livestream marketing funnel, including lead volume, show-up rate, and cost per lead.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to track final conversion rates from livestream-generated leads.
• Take responsibility for reducing low-quality leads and increasing qualified leads.
• Rewatch livestream recordings and analyze performance metrics to improve scripts and Host navigation techniques.
• Conduct ongoing experiments and A/B tests to optimize livestream performance.

Cross-functional Management & Reporting – 30%

• Translate strategic objectives from the Board of Directors into clear operational activities.
• Provide transparent daily reports on costs, cost per qualified lead, and viewer drop-off rates.
• Avoid reliance on artificial or misleading engagement tactics.
• Work proactively with Sales, Marketing, and other department leaders to resolve operational and customer-data-flow bottlenecks.
• Maintain a solution-oriented approach when performance declines or operational issues occur.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• Degree requirement: Not specified.
• At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and operating a livestream studio with a regular broadcasting schedule.
• Experience with educational products, high-value services, or livestream-based marketing funnels is strongly preferred.
• Traditional fast-closing e-commerce livestream experience is not mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of livestream operations, team coordination, and studio management.
• Able to develop and implement livestream SOPs.
• Strong data-analysis and performance-optimization skills.
• Able to analyze charts, customer-data flows, lead funnels, and conversion metrics.
• Good understanding of lead generation, CPL, show-up rate, qualified-lead cost, viewer retention, and sales conversion.
• Able to review livestream recordings and improve scripts, Host performance, and viewer navigation.
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, conflict-management, coaching, and reporting skills.
