Job Description

Production, Safety & SOP Management

• Manage daily operations of lamination and durable water-repellent coating production lines.
• Establish, implement, review, and continuously update safe operating procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure employees understand and comply with workplace safety requirements and production standards.
• Maintain stable production and achievement of productivity, scrap, equipment uptime, and efficiency targets.

Process Monitoring & Cross-functional Coordination

• Monitor key process parameters, extract production data, analyze performance, and identify required corrective or improvement actions.
• Serve as the technical liaison among Gore, Production, Manufacturing Quality, and Equipment Maintenance teams.
• Coordinate investigation and resolution of process, quality, and equipment issues.
• Support validation trials through equipment setup, testing, and documentation.

Equipment, Improvement & Training

• Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance activities under the Total Productive Maintenance plan.
• Inspect critical equipment components, supervise their usage, and manage spare-parts inventory.
• Apply the PDCA cycle to identify and implement continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Train production employees on SOPs, safety requirements, new product introduction, improvement projects, and equipment modifications.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in production-process management or manufacturing; experience in lamination, water-repellent coating, textiles, or related industries is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in SOP, TPM, 5S, and PDCA production-management methods.
• Strong process-analysis, data-analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to monitor production KPIs, process parameters, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Good cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
• Able to conduct employee training and support validation activities.

Language / Other Requirements

• Able to read and understand technical documents in English.
• Good English listening and speaking skills.
• Able to work effectively with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Gore technical teams.
