Job Description

Electrical Control Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot electrical control systems for production equipment.
• Ensure the stable operation of PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, motors, and related control systems.
• Analyze electrical control failures, identify root causes, and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot control systems involving voltage, temperature, pressure, speed, position, and motor operation.

Preventive Maintenance & Equipment Improvement

• Perform preventive maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance activities.
• Participate in equipment reliability and continuous-improvement projects.
• Coordinate with Production, Equipment, and Engineering teams on equipment installation and commissioning.
• Support equipment modifications, testing, and operational improvements.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in automated-equipment maintenance, electrical control, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Practical experience in PLC, HMI, servo-drive, and motor-control applications and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of voltage, temperature, pressure, speed, position, and closed-loop control principles.
• Able to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and technical documentation.
• Strong fault-analysis, troubleshooting, preventive-maintenance, and equipment-improvement skills.
• Experience maintaining Rockwell PLC systems is preferred.

Language / Other Requirements

• Able to read electrical diagrams and technical documents in English.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with Production, Equipment, and Engineering teams.
