Job Description
Production Planning & Scheduling
- Assist in creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Monitor production progress and ensure alignment with customer orders and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and minimize downtime.
Data Management & Reporting
- Update and maintain planning data within the ERP system.
- Generate production and capacity utilization reports for management.
- Track deviations between actual performance and planned schedules and propose corrective actions.
Process Coordination
- Support in optimizing production flow to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Assist in identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks in the production process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate information flow between departments.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute ideas to enhance planning processes and reporting tools.
- Participate in system improvement initiatives and ERP-related enhancement projects.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing company.
- Experience working with ERP systems is required.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, and forecasting tools).
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
Other Requirements
- Must live or be able to commute easily to the factory location.
- Gender preference: Male (preferred), but Female candidates are also welcome.
