Job Description

• Support managing all company input and output transactions based on Vietnam Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and corporate guidelines to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies.
• Manage controlling costing, perform costing variance analysis, investigate variances, and support managers in decision-making to minimize waste.
• Perform closing month activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the authority.
• Prepare and coordinate all information related to financial reporting and work with auditors to guarantee accurate and timely audited reports.
• Support day-to-day operations related to compliance and internal control.
• Perform various financial analyses related to costing, inventory, expenses, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and other financial metrics to support the Financial Controller and managers in decision-making.
• Verify payroll payments, insurance, and personal income tax to ensure accuracy in financial recording.
• Manage fixed assets, tools, spare parts, and inventory.
• Reconcile bank statements to detect financial errors and help manage cash flow.
• Manage sales invoices and accounts receivable to ensure revenue is completely, accurately, and timely recorded, and ensure timely collection from customers.
• Manage accounts payable, reconcile AP with suppliers, and process all payments through bank transactions to ensure accuracy and timely payment with proper approvals.
• Prepare and comply with monthly tax reports including VAT, CIT, FCT declarations, and documentation related to tax refunds.
• Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics to support and control daily operations.
• Coordinate with corporate back office regarding financial reporting requirements and guidelines.
• Communicate with customers and vendors for AR/AP reconciliation.
• Respond to authority requests in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Financial Controller or management.
