Job Description

Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, and various digital channels daily to build connections.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads and accurately qualify customer interest using defined criteria.
• Schedule introductory calls and strategic meetings for account executives to drive the sales cycle forward.

CRM Management & Technology Utilization

• Maintain highly accurate records of all daily activities and prospect conversations within the CRM system.
• Leverage advanced AI-powered tools to research prospects, personalize outreach, and significantly improve overall efficiency.
• Track and achieve daily and weekly activity goals including calls made, emails sent, and meetings successfully booked.

Messaging Strategy & Collaboration

• Learn to deeply tailor outreach messaging to resonate with different buyer personas and diverse industries.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and ensure a smooth handoff process.
• Participate actively in training to continuously develop discovery, qualification, and professional communication skills.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is considered a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar modern CRM platforms.
• Experience thriving in high-volume calling or outreach environments.
