Job Description
KYC & Transaction Monitoring
- Review Know Your Customer (KYC) checklist and documents.
- Conduct investigation of alerts on transaction monitoring.
- Participate in KYC and SAS alert investigation initiatives and adopt best practices.
Compliance & Regulations
- Update and comply with procedure manuals, internal rules, memorandums, bank regulations, and instructions from management.
- Study and ensure compliance with local regulations and Head Office rules regarding KYC and transaction monitoring.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and handle reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Report to Team Leader and Department Head any abnormal issues related to banking operations.
Support & Process Development
- Support Team Leader and Department Head in building and maintaining high-quality KYC processes with strong productivity.
- Assist in developing and enhancing operational procedures as required.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in KYC; experience in transaction monitoring is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills.
- Responsible, trustworthy, patient, and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in English and Vietn
