Job Description
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers through regular face-to-face visits to deliver personalized service and maintain long-term relationships.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues related to customer service, billing, and operations.
- Serve as a liaison between key account users and internal business units to support strategic account management.
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement a sales plan targeting new business prospects while maximizing growth within the existing customer base.
- Formulate an annual customer call cycle to strengthen relationships, secure new orders, and recover business from competitors.
- Convert qualified leads into new customers and expand revenue from existing accounts.
- Ensure adherence to profit margin and discount guidelines, obtaining management approval for any pricing deviations.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Prepare reports and data required for evaluating performance against sales KPIs.
- Submit GSP weekly sales productivity reports (“This Week,” “Next Week,” and “New Business Commitments Gained”).
- Maintain accurate customer records, agreements, and visit documentation within the CRM system.
- Analyze customer data to identify performance trends and develop corresponding action plans.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Management, and Operations to ensure smooth coordination and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Customer Service, Credit Control, and other departments to handle customer-related issues efficiently.
- Share market feedback and client insights with internal teams to improve strategies and service offerings.
Account Strategy & Retention
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance account performance and minimize attrition.
- Develop strategies to win back competitor-held business and expand service offerings across the customer base.
- Ensure all agreements comply with cost and profitability guidelines.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the express, freight, or logistics industry.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English (fluency required).
- Ability to communicate fluently in Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is a plus.
