Job Description

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships within assigned GCS/MNC accounts, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, expectations, and strategic goals.
  • Lead customer presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and providing exceptional service.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Create and execute a personal sales plan to achieve revenue and profit targets for designated accounts.
  • Collaborate with regional and global account teams to develop and implement account strategies.
  • Participate in the development of bidding and RFQ (Request for Quotation) responses, providing insights and input based on local market knowledge.

Profitability Management:

  • Monitor and analyze account performance, including revenue, profitability, and growth trends.
  • Implement pricing strategies and negotiate agreements to ensure profitable margins.
  • Conduct regular pricing reviews and ensure adherence to regional discount guidelines.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (operations, customer service, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on account performance, progress, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with DHL entities across different regions to maximize customer value and support global initiatives.

Job Requirement

  • 5 years of experience in corporate consultative or solution-based sales, preferably in a service-related industry.
  • Experience in managing and developing accounts with a revenue exceeding USD 1 million per annum.
  • Previous experience within the DHL network is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline.
