Mô tả công việc
- Manage the full life cycle of recruiting to ensure efficient and effective hiring.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and schedule them for further processing.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, team members, and cross-functional partners.
- Build and sustain a strong talent network through market research, employer branding, and ongoing relationship management, supporting both short- and long-term hiring needs across a broad range of roles.
- Demonstrate an excellent customer service mindset, creating a great candidate experience and ensuring a positive recruitment process for all stakeholders.
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Experience in headhunting or large companies is a plus.
