Mô tả công việc
- Creating leads and opportunities by leveraging current connections, prospecting, and participating in events
- Identifying and addressing the business requirements of customers, recommending suitable services/products
- Overseeing and nurturing customer relationships
- Communicating technical and business information to customers in a clear and comprehensible manner
- Proactively following up with customers to address and resolve any issues
- Keeping customers abreast of new products/services
- Compiling proposals and generating reports using CRM and other tools
- Consistently meeting sales targets
- Providing management with regular updates on achieved sales
- Maintaining accurate records of customer communications and contact details
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least +3 years of experience in Sales and IT industry
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (comfortable in communication with overseas customers)
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field
Desirable (good to have):
- Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments.
