Mô tả công việc

Network Development and Management:

Build and maintain relationships with key business partners in major export markets, including the U.S. and Japan.
Expand the trade network by seeking and establishing new relationships to optimize business opportunities.

Export Management:

Take responsibility for the entire seafood export process from order placement to delivery and post-sale monitoring.
Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards, especially regarding food safety such as HACPP, ISO.

Consultation and Customer Support:

Provide product and service consultation to customers.
Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries and concerns

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in export management and market development.
In-depth understanding of international standards for food safety, such as HACPP, ISO.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
