Mô tả công việc
- Liaise directly with authorities regarding project legal processes (zoning plans, investment approvals, land handover decisions, detailed plans, infrastructure connections, basic designs, construction permits, etc.), including checking regulations and negotiating.
- Build and maintain relationships with authorities.
- Research and report on relevant property/investment regulations.
- Analyze regulations and find solutions to legal problems.
- Conduct legal due diligence on potential projects.
- Draft letters and documents for submission to authorities.
- Manage legal documents.
- Estimate project timelines.
- Other tasks assigned by the Legal Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law, Real Estate, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in real estate law. Experience at a law firm or real estate company is preferred.
- Solid understanding of Vietnamese corporate law, investment law, real estate law, housing law, and banking regulations.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Leadership, legal research, and problem-solving skills.
- Honesty, strong work ethic, logical thinking, and good communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and outgoing personality.
