Mô tả công việc

  • Managing and developing logistics supplier pipeline (airline, coloader, ...).
  • Meeting, working and update buying cost with logistics supplier (airline, coloader, ...) and follow up special request from Sales team.
  • Effectively negotiating and driving rate reductions to ensure that Sales team is armed with effective selling rates to win and keep profitable business.
  • Following up, ensuring on-time-payment to logistics supplier.
  • Coordinating Sales team required to respond timely and effectively to complex, high revenue potential bids.
  • Assisting to develop pricing tools, processes to enhance sales process and increase our win ratio based on pricing logic.
  • Ensuring that processing requirements meet agreed customer service standards, monitoring the shipments and ensure they are being processed correctly.
  • Closely connecting with other departments as required to develop positive working relationships to ensure compliance and to limit unnecessary delays due to inadequate processes and non-compliance issues.
  • Leading, training, coaching, inspiring and well-managing teammates.
  • Reporting to higher level as regular basis.
  • Escalation of issues to management to ensure that a customer is giving the attention required to meet

Education & Qualifications: Bachelor Degree

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Pricing or Customer Service within freight. 
  • Minimum 2 year’s leadership experience.
