• Manage Tenant data, properties' owners data base and ensure that all database is accurately entered. Provide the Leasing Department with all Tenant/Properties owner promptly and thoroughly.
• Be responsible for the management of the leasing contract which includes leasing administration, managing tenancy related issues, compiling contracts. 
• Manage signed contracts, ensuring that the contract's contents and details are entered in the system/master file and regularly monitored to prevent errors. Record documents in/out.
• Prepare and send timely reports on revenue, liabilities as well as term of lease contracts.
• Prepare rental reports and annual budget for leasing team.
• Make sure that the admin and accounting team sends information to tenants on time and correctly. This includes, but is not limited to the lease contract, notice, payment, debt notice, etc.
• Other scopes assigned by line manager. 

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 2-3 years working experience as similar roles, Real-Estate/ Property Leasing field
• Good command in English
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Time management skill
• Enthusiastic, friendly, sociable, positive, cooperative, confident and dynamic personality
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Ability to coordinate, detail-oriented
