Mô tả công việc

Strategic Planning and Execution: Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies that align with business goals. Coordinate with departments to assess products and programs.
Project Management: Manage inbox, meetings, reporting, projects, vendor and supplier relationships, briefs, presentations, documents, and stakeholders. Oversee budget and project timelines.
Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between the executive team and staff, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment. Organize meetings and gather, compile, and store meeting information.
Performance Tracking: Track team activities and report on marketing results weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Gather and analyze market insights to inform strategy adjustments.
Creative Development: Generate creative ideas to enhance brand awareness and ensure brand alignment. Write and design proposals, advertisements, internal communications, and web content.
Campaign Management: Develop and implement promotional programs and communication plans. Monitor campaign effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to meet KPIs.
Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and comparisons to identify product strengths and weaknesses for continuous improvement.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in retail fashion marketing. Ability to interpret data to generate new ideas, test and learn, and gather customer insights.
Highly Organized: Punctual, disciplined, and capable of organizing not only the Assistant Director's work but also team members' tasks.
Multitasker: Ability to manage multiple projects, track progress, and ensure completion within timelines.
