Job Description

Sales Strategy & Market Development

  • Execute international sales targets according to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) 2025.
  • Manage and expand distribution networks across assigned international markets, ensuring broad product availability and visibility.
  • Collaborate with international distributors to develop and implement promotional activities, Trade Marketing (TM), and POSM programs to drive sell-out and brand awareness at point-of-sale.

Process & Policy Governance

  • Ensure strict compliance with sales policies, including the execution of MOU/DA contracts with distributors.
  • Manage financial incentives for distributors (quarterly/annual bonuses, Trade MKT reimbursements) accurately and on time.
  • Oversee budget management, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization for market development.

Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Drive team performance through effective personnel management, ensuring compliance with organizational structure and staffing standards.
  • Implement robust performance management frameworks, including individual KPIs, OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures), and detailed job descriptions for every team member.
  • Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring all activities strictly adhere to internal regulations and standards.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in International Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior sales management role within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven expertise in international market expansion, trade marketing strategies, and distributor management.
  • Strong understanding of international consumer trends and cultural nuances in global markets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic planning and execution skills (Push & Pull strategies).
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Exceptional leadership: able to inspire, motivate, and manage multi-cultural teams effectively.

  • Global mindset with the ability to navigate diverse business environments.
  • Results-driven, disciplined, and capable of working under high pressure to achieve aggressive growth targets
