Job Description

IT Infrastructure, Network & Systems Management

• Manage and maintain the company’s network system.
• Build and manage the ERP system server room.
• Back up company information system data.
• Manage and maintain the factory surveillance system.

ERP, Security & Software Management

• Support ERP system implementation and post-deployment maintenance, specifically Kingdee ERP.
• Build capability for customized ERP software development in Vietnam after 2026.
• Manage information security and antivirus software.
• Manage employee software and accounts, including Email, ERP, MS365, and related systems.

IT Operations, Asset Management & Team Supervision

• Support procurement of IT hardware and software and manage IT assets.
• Provide help desk support for employee software and hardware usage.
• Manage and supervise all IT-related issues, including software, hardware, and related systems.
• Manage and assign work to IT staff.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Experience implementing ERP systems.
• Good system thinking, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of network systems, server rooms, information system backup, IT security, antivirus software, user account management, and IT asset management.
• Able to manage IT operations, help desk support, hardware/software issues, and IT team task allocation.

Language / Other Requirements

• Proficient in Chinese or English.
• Experience with Kingdee ERP is preferred.
• Able to work in a factory or manufacturing IT environment.

Personality & Attitude

• Responsible, systematic, and solution-oriented.
• Careful in handling IT security, system data, and company information systems.
• Proactive in supporting users and resolving technical issues.
• Able to manage IT staff and coordinate effectively with internal departments.
