Job Description

Bidding & Tendering Operations

  • Prepare and manage bidding documents, including requests for proposal (RFP) and invitation to bid documents.
  • Evaluate received bid documents and price quotations to ensure competitive selection and high-quality results.
  • Participate directly in bidding processes for new projects as assigned by the Head or Deputy Head of the Department.

Contract Negotiation & Management

  • Negotiate, draft, finalize, and secure approval for subcontractor (NTP) contracts.
  • Review contracts with main contractors and investors to ensure alignment with company interests and legal requirements.
  • Manage and control the entire lifecycle of subcontractor contracts, including payment submissions, final settlements, and guarantees.

Cost Control & Financial Coordination

  • Monitor and control labor costs for Project Management Boards (PMBs) to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Check and manage construction-related expenses from PMBs, ensuring accurate documentation and cost efficiency.
  • Review payment dossiers with main contractors and investors when assigned by leadership.

Team Leadership & Administration

  • Manage and supervise all staff members within the Contract team to ensure tasks are completed according to company standards.
  • Draft, manage, and track internal correspondence and proposals originating from Project Management Boards.
  • Perform general administrative tasks for the department, including organizing meetings, recording minutes, and managing ISO documentation.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Economic Law, Construction Economics, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in contract management, bidding, or project administration.
  • Solid knowledge of legal regulations, construction law, contract drafting, and cost management principles.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant professional software.
  • Excellent command of English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, to handle professional correspondence and documentation.
  • Strong ability to interpret contracts, analyze costs, and manage detailed project-related documentation.

Personality & Attitude

  • Exceptional teamwork spirit combined with the ability to work independently.
  • Highly responsible with a professional mindset, capable of performing effectively under high work pressure.
