Job Description
A. Tuyển dụng (70%)
- Tuyển dụng nhân sự đúng hạn
- Tỷ lệ nhân sự đạt thử việc
- Tỷ lệ thôi việc trong vòng 1 năm
B. Hệ thống đào tạo và hệ thống nhân sự (25%)
- Xây dựng hệ thống đào tạo
- Hệ thống hóa bảng mô tả công việc
- Xây dựng hình ảnh công ty cho nhân viên mới ( credential+ môi trường+ giới thiệu phòng ban) + các chính sách quy định
- Đảm bảo nhân viên mới được trang bị các kiến thức về sản phẩm, quy trình làm việc để thực hiện công việc được giao sớm nhất và hiệu quả nhất.
C. Performance và theo dõi nhân sự trong năm đầu (5%)
- Tham gia xây dựng và vận hành Incentive/ Policy SALES: Bao gồm
- Tham gia xây dựng incentive Sales
- Tham gia xây dựng policy riêng cho Sales
Job Requirement
- Đi làm ngay
- Tiếng anh khá trở lên
- UV năm sinh từ 1998 trở về trước
