Job Description
Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment Support
- Support candidate sourcing and mapping through internal databases, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other basic search tools.
- Conduct initial screening calls to verify candidate information such as current salary, expected salary, and notice period.
- Arrange interview schedules between candidates, Consultants, and corporate clients.
Market Research & Business Development Support
- Collect market information from news, FDI data, job postings, and company updates to identify potential business leads.
- Support the BD team in preparing potential client lists and basic market research.
- Assist in updating target company organization charts under Consultant guidance.
Data Management & Recruitment Documentation
- Input, clean, and standardize candidate CV data and client information in the company’s ATS/CRM system.
- Ensure recruitment and client data are accurate, well-organized, and properly maintained.
- Prepare candidate introduction profiles and recruitment documents according to company templates.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Economics, Human Resources Management, Foreign Trade, Commerce, Psychology, or related fields.
- Candidates who can work full-time or at least 4 days per week for 3–6 months are preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Good command of office tools; Google Sheets or Excel proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Good communication skills with a confident and professional speaking manner.
- Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented when handling candidate and client data.
- Basic interest in recruitment, business development, market research, and HR services.
Language / Other Requirements
- Fairly good English proficiency.
- Ability to support both Talent Acquisition and Business Development tasks.
- Willingness to learn and follow company recruitment processes and templates.
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive, eager to learn, and responsible.
- Careful with data and committed to accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support operational tasks.
- Able to coordinate well with Consultants, candidates, and internal teams.
