Job Description

Business Operations Management

  • Manage daily store operations to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Execute business plans and sales targets set by the Business Division; develop short- and mid-term sales strategies, assign individual targets to sales staff, and supervise performance.
  • Analyze sales trends by product type and collection; identify fast-moving and slow-moving items.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand target customer needs.
  • Drive customer acquisition initiatives and build long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Propose new product orders or inventory transfers to meet business demands; recommend sales programs to boost store performance.

Store Operations & Compliance

  • Supervise all business activities at the store and report to the Business Division through weekly/monthly reports and monthly meetings.
  • Manage and safeguard inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and turnover.
  • Oversee maintenance of store assets and business tools, such as packaging, displays, pricing tags, certification documents, and scales.
  • Communicate and implement corporate initiatives and business updates to the sales team, including promotions, product reviews, and customer data collection.
  • Maintain the store’s overall image and presentation, including display standards, lighting, branding, work areas, staff grooming, and uniforms.
  • Represent the store in resolving external issues and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and concerns beyond the scope of sales staff.

Financial Management

  • Oversee store inventory management: stock-in, stock-out, and stock-on-hand.
  • Manage and control cash flow and store assets.
  • Monitor stock turnover and ensure optimal inventory structure.
  • Manage store expenses in accordance with company guidelines.

Team Leadership & Human Resource Management

  • Allocate tasks, assign sales targets, and schedule weekly and monthly work shifts for store staff.
  • Train and coach staff on sales techniques, professional knowledge, and customer service etiquette.
  • Monitor staff performance to ensure compliance with company policies and assigned tasks.
  • Evaluate staff performance, work attitude, responsibility, and teamwork spirit.

Job Requirement

Education

  • Minimum: College degree
  • Major: Business Administration, Economics, International Trade
  • Additional knowledge: Marketing and Accounting is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar managerial role.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail sectors (jewellery, cosmetics, handbags, fashion, etc.) is highly preferred.

Skills

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
