Job Description
- Supervise, train, and assist employees (Sales Representatives, Retail Store Clerks) in customer service, store maintenance, and product promotions.
- Develop and maintain staff schedules and promotional activities, focusing on holiday sales and other peak periods.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the store, product lines, and services.
- Manage inventory levels, ensure proper stocking, execute purchasing plans, and liaise with the buying department to maximize sales efficiency.
- Implement cross-training programs for employees and Assistant Managers to maintain productivity.
- Manage controllable costs to maintain profitability.
- Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and well-maintained.
- Recruit and train staff to ensure adequate staffing and provide excellent customer service.
Job Requirement
- Proven successful experience as a Retail Store Manager.
- Strong leadership and business orientation skills.
- Excellent customer management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- College degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Experience in interviewing and recruiting store staff.
