Job Description
Government Relations (B2G)
- Build and maintain robust relationships with state agencies, including the Department of Transport (DOT) and the Department of Construction (DOC).
Strategic Sales Execution (B2B)
- Search for and identify new traffic safety projects.
- Execute direct sales activities on-site to secure contracts and achieve business targets.
Market Management
- Manage local distributors and agents effectively to ensure deep market penetration.
- Analyze market trends within the construction and infrastructure sectors in Vietnam to propose actionable business strategies.
Project Coordination
- Manage the entire sales process from initial technical consulting to final product delivery.
- Ensure overall project management and provide comprehensive reports to the management board.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B or B2G sales.
- Experience in the infrastructure, construction, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Possessing an existing network of relationships with the Ministry of Transport (MOT), Ministry of Construction (MOC), or other relevant state agencies is a significant advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- English proficiency is considered a strong advantage; however, the company will provide translation support for highly qualified candidates without English skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and project coordination skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Practical and hands-on working style.
- Ready and willing to work directly with teams at construction sites and government agencies, rather than being confined to an office environment.
