Job Description

  • Establish, develop, maintain, and manage relationships with large local and multinational corporate clients, ensuring to meet and exceed planned Total Operating Income and control debt quality of the entire customer portfolio.
  • Understand customers' businesses, identify risks and business opportunities.
  • Cooperate with product divisions, overseas offices, or Head Office (if relevant) to propose feasible solutions, prepare pitching materials, and offer banking products to clients.
  • Collaborate with products and other functional divisions to plan, build, and develop business strategy and account plans, and monitor progress.
  • Set up credit facilities including internal proposals for approval by preparing/reviewing credit applications to analyze clients' credit profiles and propose credit; submit and defend credit with Credit Division/Credit Committee (if any) and supervise the credit quality of the portfolio-in-charge.
  • Negotiate contractual documents with clients and prepare business reports as requested.
  • Provide ideas and suggestions on business development and risk management, and coordinate with relevant departments to implement them.
  • Perform other business tasks assigned by Department Head/Management in line with the branch's vision and strategy.

Job Requirement

  • At least 7 years of working experience in Banking as Relationship Manager for local and/or multinational corporate clients.
  • Educational background in Banking, Finance, or Economics.
  • Strong credit analytical skills with the ability to analyze customers' credit profiles, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptable to change.
  • Good sense of teamwork and responsibility.
  • Strong sales and communication skills.
  • High sense of ethics and compliance.
  • Good command of English.
  • Active, result-oriented, resourceful, with good business sense in identifying risks and developing business strategies.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
