Job Description
- Lead and manage end-to-end livestream commerce projects, from strategy development to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Define project roadmap, KPIs, and growth strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, providing strategic consultation on TikTok livestream and eCommerce growth.
- Own and drive performance metrics including GMV, conversion rate, traffic efficiency, and ROI.
- Analyze livestream data and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimization strategies.
- Continuously refine livestream formats, content strategies, and promotional mechanics to maximize sales performance.
- Lead collaboration across internal teams (BD, Account/CM, Operations, Creative, Technical, Hosts/Streamers).
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met with high efficiency.
- Provide guidance and direction to junior PMs or team members when needed.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key brand partners.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand business scope.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting sustainable growth on TikTok Shop.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, platform changes, and eCommerce best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to enhance project strategies.
- Proactively propose new livestream models, campaign ideas, and growth initiatives.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related fields.
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management, account management, or operations within TikTok Shop, livestream commerce, or eCommerce.
- Good command of Chinese or English
- Proven track record in managing high-performing livestream or eCommerce campaigns.
- Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem, livestream operations, and key KPIs (GMV, CVR, traffic).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams or mentoring junior members is a plus.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese (preferred for cross-border collaboration).
