Job Description
- Ensure adherence to global and regional standardization policies for sales processes and systems.
- Oversee the implementation and robust execution of sales programs, taking full responsibility for their success within the country.
- Implement the Global Selling Process and ensure adherence to reporting requirements.
- Implement a sales assessment system to guide Sales Managers in developing their teams.
- Implement and manage the Sales Force Automation program, ensuring daily usage by the sales team.
- Provide consultancy and support to CPRM (likely Customer Program and Relationship Management) for sales resource planning.
- Keep regional and local management updated on regional sales program development.
- Improve sales efficiency and effectiveness, aiming to achieve sales targets.
- Develop a culture of quality, service excellence, flexibility, and cost-consciousness.
- Identify training needs and career development opportunities for the sales team.
- Develop KPIs and monitor individual performance.
Job Requirement
- 8 years of Sales Management experience at a senior level in an Air Express company.
- Excellent understanding of sales processes, ideally with a background in direct selling and IT systems.
- Experience working with senior management and successfully implementing change management programs.
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
