Job Description

  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and develop a portfolio of key accounts, conducting regular customer visits, calls, and meetings.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales updates and reviews on a weekly and monthly basis, tracking performance against targets.
  • Sales Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment and customer delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new customer relationships within the designated business unit segment.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
  • Product Promotion & Campaigns: Work with internal teams to promote products and marketing campaigns to existing and potential customers.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and sales meetings.

Job Requirement

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in B2B food ingredient sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong English language skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other business-related software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and self-driven with a strong work ethic.
