Job Description

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies specifically for liquid egg products aimed at industrial customers.
  • Identify, approach, and aggressively develop new key accounts within the food manufacturing and industrial kitchen segments.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, presentation, product sampling, negotiation, contract signing, and comprehensive after-sales follow-up.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets regarding overall revenue, sales volume, and the acquisition of new key accounts.

Key Account Management & Internal Coordination

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers such as Procurement, R&D, Production, QA, and Factory Managers.
  • Handle complex pricing negotiations, commercial contracts, and annual volume agreements with key customers.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, including Production, QA, and Supply Chain, to ensure stable supply, superior product quality, and high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, or related technical fields.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven B2B sales experience.
  • Direct experience working with food ingredients, FMCG raw materials, or within food processing and manufacturing industries is strictly required.
  • Proven experience selling directly to food factories or industrial B2B customers is considered a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of food manufacturing processes and strict industry quality requirements.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good command of the English language for professional business communication.
  • Strong B2B sales, high-level negotiation, and strategic key account management skills.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities combined with a strong hands-on execution mindset.

Personality & Attitude

  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and highly driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Capable of working independently while maintaining excellent cross-functional collaboration.
