Job Description
Market Development and Expansion
- Develop and expand business activities in the European market.
- Proactively search for new customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to adjust business strategies.
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve export revenue targets.
- Monitor and report business results to the Board of Management.
Negotiation and Customer Management
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and trading terms with clients.
- Manage and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
Internal Coordination and Compliance
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure products and processes comply with EU standards and regulations.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Import-Export, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- 5–8 years of experience in sales or export roles.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in the European market.
- Understanding of EU export regulations and standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and market development skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive, result-oriented, and willing to travel.
