Job Description
Sales & Documentation Support
- Prepare quotations, draft contracts, and compile bidding or project documents.
- Execute and monitor sales contracts and commercial agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data within the department.
Customer Service & Coordination
- Provide customer service support, including order follow-up, after-sales assistance, and customer relationship management.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
- Support business-related communication and external affairs as assigned by the Sales Operations Manager.
Data Management & Compliance
- Manage departmental records and ensure proper filing and compliance with ISO procedures.
- Verify accuracy, validity, and completeness of business documentation.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, or Foreign Trade.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related position.
- Experience in import/export transactions with European markets is required.
- Experience in trading or commercial activities related to water, plastics, or recycling industries is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work with data-intensive tasks, detailed documentation, and numerical analysis.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and logical data management skills.
Language Skills
- Proficient in English communication (minimum TOEIC 650 or equivalent).
- Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
- Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to quickly adapt to digital tools such as Office 365, SAP, BASE, and ECUS systems.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
- Detail-oriented with high attention to accuracy and data integrity.
- Physically active and health-conscious mindset preferred.
