Job Description
Sales & Business Development
- Search for, approach, and aggressively develop new customers, specifically targeting electrical stores within the Da Nang area.
- Support and continuously maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing retail customers.
Distributor Management
- Support retail distributors effectively in expanding their local customer networks.
- Drive the overall business growth, sales volume, and market performance of all assigned retail distributors.
Program Execution & Collaboration
- Implement the company's strategic sales programs, commercial policies, and promotional activities directly with customers.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments to promptly support and resolve customer needs and inquiries.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- High School Diploma, College Degree, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Degrees in electrical-related fields are highly preferred.
Experience & Knowledge
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar retail sales or distributor management role.
- Solid experience in supporting, managing, and driving the performance of retail distributors and local stores.
Skills & Competencies
- Good English communication skills are considered a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive, highly sociable, and deeply customer-focused.
- Detail-oriented, careful, and highly responsible in all daily sales operations.
