Job Description
This role involves managing and coordinating sales projects, providing excellent customer service, and handling project management tasks. The specialist will work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate flooring and home décor solutions. Building and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers is also a key responsibility.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project sales, preferably within the Construction Materials industry.
Skills and Competencies:
- Project sales and general sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the flooring or home décor industry.
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
Personal Attributes:
- Energetic and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
