Job Description
• Manage new projects, renovations, and closures of locations, ensuring timely completion,quality control, andcost-effectiveness.
• Oversee multiple projectsconcurrently, managing and delegating tasks to ensure on-timedelivery, quality control, and cost-controls.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with designspecifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain positive relationships with regulatory bodies, approval authorities, and neighbors ofproject sites.
• Prepare recommendations for subcontracting and manage subcontractors efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of labor and materials to project sites, avoiding excessive on-site storage.
• Assume overall responsibility for project delivery, including construction, installation, andcommissioning.
• Supervise construction sites, ensuring adherence to performance, quality, cost, schedule, andsafety standards.
• Report project status to the Board of Directors regularly.
Job Requirement
• University degree in Civil Engineering or related field;Project Management Certificateis required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project manager forF&B Restaurant Chain(restaurantsor Coffee chain)and retail projects.
• Open to candidates currently working as Project Managers in constructorsspecializing in retail orF&B clients.Experience in facility and maintenance is an advantage
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience,directly involved in project sitesto provide support and coordinate work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior time management and prioritization abilities.
• Attention to detail and a "can do" attitude.
• Solid knowledge of the construction industry.
