Job Description
•Manage new projects, renovations, and closures of locations, ensuring timely completion,quality control, andcost-effectiveness.
•Oversee multiple projectsconcurrently, managing and delegating tasks to ensure on-timedelivery, quality control, and cost-controls.
•Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with designspecifications and regulatory requirements.
•Maintain positive relationships with regulatory bodies, approval authorities, and neighbors ofproject sites.
•Prepare recommendations for subcontracting and manage subcontractors efficiently.
•Ensure timely delivery of labor and materials to project sites, avoiding excessive on-site storage.
•Assume overall responsibility for project delivery, including construction, installation, andcommissioning.
•Supervise construction sites, ensuring adherence to performance, quality, cost, schedule, andsafety standards.
•Report project status to the Board of Directors regularly.
Job Requirement
•University degree in Civil Engineering or related field;Project Management Certificateis required.
•Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project manager forF&B Restaurant Chain(restaurantsor Coffee chain)and retail projects.
•Open to candidates currently working as Project Managers in constructorsspecializing in retail orF&B clients.Experience in facility and maintenance is an advantage
•Strong planning and organizational skills.
•Hands-on experience,directly involved in project sitesto provide support and coordinate work.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Superior time management and prioritization abilities.
•Attention to detail and a "can do" attitude.
•Solid knowledge of the construction industry.
